香兰蛋糕 Pandan Layer Cake


食谱来自Nasi lemak lover.

海绵蛋糕的材料:
蛋黄 4粒
幼糖 50g
牛油 25g
牛奶 25ml
特幼粉 90g
蛋白 4粒
塔塔粉 1/4tsp
幼糖 70g
一般威风蛋糕做法(八寸蛋糕模)。

香兰浆的材料
香兰汁 500ml ( 把10片香兰叶加水,搅成汁)
糖 120g
盐 1/2 茶匙
椰浆 600ml (半个椰子浆加水)
绿豆粉 85g
Agar-agar粉 10g

步骤:
  1. 将绿豆粉和Agar-agar粉搅匀,慢慢加入香兰水。
  2. 加入椰奶,糖和盐,搅匀。
  3. 用中火慢煮混合物,直至有一些泡沫和液体比较浓厚。
组合蛋糕:
将香兰浆倒入八寸蛋糕模上,再放入一片蛋糕,淋上香兰浆,铺平后,再放上第2片蛋糕,重复同样的做法至完成即可。
